1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing xorigami.site or playing any game published by xorigami Studio, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our game code.
- Do not modify, redistribute, or sell copies of our games.
- Do not use cheats, bots, or exploits that degrade the experience for other players.
- Do not use our brand, logo, or assets without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All titles, characters, artwork, music, code, and trademarks in our games are the property of xorigami Studio and are protected by copyright law. No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited licence described in section 2.
5. Purchases and refunds
App purchases and in-app purchases are processed entirely by the app store (for example, the Amazon Appstore). Refund requests are subject to that store's policy — we cannot process refunds directly.
6. Third-party content
Our games and website may display advertising or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Changes to the service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, including removing a game from distribution.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Japan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion before any legal proceedings.
