Privacy Policy for our games

Applies to every mobile game published by xorigami Studio on the Amazon Appstore. Last updated: August 4, 2026.

In short

Our games do not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no registration, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking software. The only advertising shown is cross-promotion for our own other games, and it is not personalised.

1. Information we do not collect

Our games do not request, collect, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Specifically, we do not collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
  • Payment or credit card details
  • Precise or approximate location data
  • Contacts, SMS messages, call logs, photos, camera, or microphone data
  • Advertising identifiers or device identifiers used for tracking
  • Browsing history or behavioural profiles

No account creation or login is required to play. We have no server that stores player records, because we do not create any.

2. Data stored on your device

Game progress, settings, and high scores are saved locally on your device using standard operating system storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game removes it completely.

3. Cross-promotion advertising

Our games display promotional banners and screens for other games published by xorigami Studio. These are house advertisements, which means:

  • They are served from our own promotional content, not through a third-party ad network.
  • They are not personalised — every player sees the same rotation of promotions.
  • No advertising identifier, user profile, or behavioural data is used to select them.
  • Tapping one opens that game's page in the Amazon Appstore. From that point, Amazon's own privacy policy applies.

4. Network access

Our games may request internet access solely to download the promotional artwork described in section 3. No personal data is uploaded, and no request carries information that identifies you.

5. Third-party services

Our games do not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, or crash-reporting services. If we ever add such a service to a game, we will update this policy and the store listing before that version is released.

6. Purchases

App purchases and any in-app purchases are handled entirely by the Amazon Appstore under Amazon's own privacy policy and terms. We never see, receive, or store your payment details.

7. Children's privacy

Our games are suitable for a general audience. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). 8. Data retention and deletion

Since we collect no personal data, we hold nothing to retain, and there is nothing for you to request the deletion of. Any locally stored game data is removed when you uninstall the game from your device.

9. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over personal data held about you. As we do not collect or process any personal data through our games, these rights are satisfied by default. You are welcome to contact us with any question regardless.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our games change. The current version is always published on this page with the revision date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in the store listing as well.
